Luscious Red Sauce Pasta Recipe

So, finally I will be sharing with you all, the recipe of my fav. Food………

You know what guys, I am fasting today and while thinking and writing this blog, my mouth is literally watering…………

I always remember some great recipes whenever I am fasting…………….

Can’t do anything about it, but still I will be sharing this recipe for you guys…

RED SAUCE PASTA ……………….



Do you guys know for red sauce pasta you need pasta…………………………

Hahahahhaha……………Well! Jokes apart-------------------Let us begin with our recipe.

Ingredients you will need

· Pasta

· Onion

· Tomato

· Green chili

· Bell peppers

· Oil or butter

· Mayonnaise (optional)

· Ginger garlic paste (optional)

· Parsley (optional)

Required spices

· Salt

· Red chilipowder

· Mixed herbs or only oregano will also work

Utensils required

· The one that your mom allows you to use…….bcz moms love kitchen and they will not allow you to destroy her entire kitchen……LOL

Fasten your seat belts guys, we are all set to begin with your pasta………………

1. Chop chop chop…..

Well, you don’t have to cut anyone’s head…….cut the veggies in which ever shape you like………lol ….on a serious note cut onion in normal slices and dice the bell peppers and green chili…………….



2. Blending time

It is now time to blend the red tomatoes and prepare a puree of that…………. So just blenddddddddddddddd………….

3. Take a pan and add some water to it add pasta (quantity depends on your tummy) add a few drops of oil and a pinch or two of salt to it and just let that pan sit on the gas stove till the Pasta gets boiled. (Don’t forget to light the gas stove LOLLLLL)

4. While the pasta is boiling let us prepare the sauce for it. All you need to do is take a kadai or pan……whichever you like…well! I like kadai ……….. (Only for cooking) add some oil or butter to it and sauté your veggies. First add your pinky Onions and let them get a little soft and golden, then add your bell peppers and sauté them for a few minutes, ones they are done add green chilies to the pan.



5. Once all the veggies are sautéed, add ginger garlic paste, mayonnaise, and tomato puree , also add salt, red chili powder, and stir it for 3-5 minutes



6. When you see a boil in the sauce add pasta to it and stir it well and let the sauce cover the pasta properly.

7. Time for platinggggg…….I know, when we are hungry plating hardly matters.

8. So, get in a plate, bowl, or whatever you like ………….sprinkle fresh chopped parsley and mixed herbs or oregano.



Now what are you waiting for………just attack, otherwise your tummy will start shouting……LOL.
